We spent a weekend on Nantucket in September. We stayed in room 5. The inn was full, but we couldn't tell. It never seems crowded. Room 5 was great! We loved the fireplace and how comfortable everything is there. The closet was huge. The bathroom was extremely small as stated but we didn't mind. The full breakfast was wonderful as... More

My wife and I was visiting our Son, who recommended the Union Street since it was near his apartment. We had a great stay...hospitality was first class with an enjoyable breakfast. I travel for a living, and this stay rates at the top of my list. We'll return in 2012. More

We were in Nantucket in October - just as the season was ending. The Union Street Inn met all our expectations. Our rooms were well appointed and as other reviewers have suggested it is all done with understated casual elegance. The full breakfast was delicious and it got us ready for all the walking that was yet to come. The... More

My husband and I spent about 10 days driving up the New England coast. We decided to take the ferry to Nantucket for 2 nights. We chose the Union Street Inn because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor and they didn't disappoint. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in town. With it being the end of... More

If you are looking for a walkable location on Nantucket, this is your place. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is fabulous. One block from city center and all the transportation rental agencies in town. The rooms are comfy and well appointed but you have to understand that there are a lot of creaks and noise in a... More

The hotel is 50yds from the center of town. This is a great old home that has been turned into a wonderful boutique hotel. I stayed in room 10 with a nice big King bed on the 1st floor. The walls are thin so you can hear voices in adjoining rooms when lying in bed. The bathrooms are also on... More

We recently spent the tail end of our honeymoon on Nantucket at the Union Street Inn. We were delighted with every detail from arrival to departure. The room was wonderful - comfortable and beautifully decorated. The service was just right - well informed, graciously helpful but unintrusive. We enjoyed the full breakfast and were pleased with the staff's willingness to... More

Great stay, great owner and Carrie is an amazing innkeeper. She handled reservations and had lots of island suggestions that were perfect for our long weekend. The location in town was perfect and easy to get to the multitude of great restaurants in town. What a relaxing place with wonderful breakfasts on the patio. Everything that you can think of... More

We live on Cape Cod but like to get to Nantucket at least once a year. This was our first time staying at the Union Street Inn and found that everything described on the internet was true to the word. The location to the downtown area, docks, many restaurants, shops, various points of interest was perfect for us. No one... More
