We stayed for two weeks including fourth of July. Things have greatly improved from three years ago. The threadbare carpet is gone. Stayed here for two nights over the 4th of July weekend, as it was the only place we could find rooms. I know why...rooms are dirty, damp (doesn't appear to have much circulation in teh bathrooms) and pretty depressing. Reservation had to be cancelled becuase of weather - all flights going to Nantucket were cancelled that day. Hotel manager (Alex) refused to refund our money, and said we could re-book, but they had no availability. Lost $550 with these jerks. more
