We felt this was a crime...charging for a place that is so outdated. Likely hasn't been decorated since the 70's or 80's. Just a shower stall and minuscule sink, stuffy smell. Bed average comfort but sank in the middle a bit. It needs a complete overhaul. Breakfast was adequate.

I have three main complaints about this B&B: #! No air conditioning - There is a ceiling fan and a small window fan but with heat and humidity on the island being so high during July and August it was not comfortable being in a room without air. Very nice, quaint B&B well-situated in Nantucket.. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast tasty and more than adequate, with excellent home-baked cookies, treats and lemonade available in the afternoon. The Innkeeper has a very practical working knowledge of the island and was most helpful. The price is right compared to other offerings in town. We would love to return!
