We have stayed in Casa Bellona for over 2 months and I can give other than positive feedbacks. The owner Daniela and Juan are very helpful and anything you need or ask they will help you out with. It's a very chilled out place, and we loved it. I definitely recommend. Thank you Daniela and Juan. Petja and Philippe

The room we stayed in had an intense musty odour 24/7 but arriving so late after a huge day on buses I did not have the energy to organise a different room. I wish I had because because it was so bad we had to leave the door and windows open anytime we were in there. Apart from this Casa... More

We stayed in Casa Bellona for three nights and were very satisfied with the hotel. The best point was the staff, very friendly, giving fair recommendations and advice. They organized for us 4 transfers and 1 excursion and We were very pleased. The rooms were simple but clean. We could use the fridge and drink glasses of water for free.... More

I love this Casa, a home from home and a good place to base yourself to then travel around Guatemala and beyond. I had a room and you get all the basic amenities (wifi, pc use, hot water) plus: a living room with a good selection of movies; a pretty little outdoor courtyard to hang out in; a nicely stocked... Great value. I stayed in the dorm room for essentially $6 and you get all the basic amenities (wifi, pc use, hot water) plus: a living room with a good selection of movies; a pretty little outdoor courtyard to hang out in; a nicely stocked kitchen. The best thing about the hotel are the hosts--owner Daniela from Netherlands and the... More

My brother and I spent New Years at Casa Bellona and could not have asked for a better experience. I will begin by saying that this place is a bit far from the park, which our first night we thought was a problem, but once we knew where we were going we realized that it was completely safe to get... the biggest advantage of this place is how quiet it is at night. no clubs or bars nearby. another plus is the shared kitchen where guests can store and prepare their own meals. negatives were the lukewarm showers and minimal breakfasts (fruit, toast and jam). if you want to be closer to the center, enjoy full breakfasts and hot showers,... This is a small nice and charming place in Antigua. Very quiet. The owner Danielle is sweet and friendly. The place is a bit far from the centre about 10 minutes walk, but that is a blessing as it gets really loud on weekends in Antigua in the center. The breakfast is simple and good. and the rooms are comfortable... More

Very happy to have found this hostel, and the welcome there will make me return there again. A great place if you want somewhere quiet but within walking distance of the very centre of town, VERY helpful and friendly owners, a nice courtyard area with hammocks to relax in and overall, a very friendly place to stay.
