My husband and I visit Antigua Guatemala at least one to two times per year. My husband's family lives in the area and we have property there. This year we had planned to stay in the city of Antigua but when we stopped by Le Suisse Spa to book our spa treatments during our trip, we found that they now have hotel rooms available.
These rooms are top of the line with king size beds, flatscreen cable TV, fireplaces and steam sauna's in each room. Some of the rooms even have a jacuzzi tub. There is a covered pool but it is not heated yet so we did not try it. Included is a contential breakfast that was great. The view from the hotel is beautiful, it is in a small town between Guatemala City and Antigua and they have 24 hour security The service was excellent and some of the staff speak english. What a romantic place to get away from it all.
