Hotel Quinta de Las Flores is a sanctuary filled with flowers in gardens, hanging from trellises, spilling from the red tile roofs, and surrounding the pool and fountains. Stone paths meander through grass and trees to a children's play area, an artificial creek, and to the casitas and rooms. Each room has a fireplace and large windows that open out... more

I felt sure that I would be disappointed by Quinta de las Flores, as I had read the reviews and had very high expectations. However, I loved Quinta from the moment I arrived. The grounds are beautiful, the staff kind, honest and helpful, and the colonial style rooms charming and very clean. Don't expect a five-star experience at Quinta. English... more

We spent two days at Quinta de las Flores. It was a great place to stay. We had a two-bedroom casita for a family of four, and it was plenty of space. The gardens and the views of volcanos were so lovely, as was the sound of the fountains. The little restaurant was great, even packing us sandwiches for our... more

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. There are so many hotels to choose from in Antigua but we did not regret our choice. Making our reservation through their website was easy, as was reserving their shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We had reserved a garden room with 2 doubles for... more

We two parents and two teenagers stayed in one of the casitas for four nights and stayed in two double rooms another night because the casita wasn't available. Both the rooms and casitas are very nice. The casitas have two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, one room with king bed and a little walk-out balcony, another room with two... more

We were a bit unsure about what to expect since we booked this hotel because other suggested locations did not have vacancy. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. I chose this location after reading favorable reviews on this site and must say that the hotel lived up to every one of the reviews. Standing in the middle of the gardens... more

Just completed a four day stay at Quinta de las Flores and the property is better than the reviews said. It is a quick 10 minute walk to the center of the city and that is part of the adventure. The grounds are beautiful and my king size room was perfect. The wood burning fireplace set off the trip. Carmen... more

I had a party of children, parents and grandparents. They gave me 2 rooms and 1 "casita." All were gorgeous. FYI: the casita is 2 story. The gardens are magnificent and the decoration traditional and in excellent taste. The place is tranquil. The only thing I didn't agree with was the fact that they are somewhat strict about the number... more

The well-kept gardens and the gentle sound of the fountains with birds chirping hear and there make this a perfect sanctuary on your vacation. The rooms were large, well-decorated, and comfortable. The restaurant was friendly and adequate with great coffee and a hearty breakfast to start your day. I am sure the other meals are great, too but there were... more

Even after reading all of the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor.com, Quinta de las Flores still exceeded our expectations. The grounds are lovely, as can be seen from the photos. The staff was friendly and willing to help. One night we stumbled in to the restaurant 15 minutes before its closing time. Clearly they had already cleaned up and closed down... more
