Hotel is good, very charming and authentic. Rooms are decorated with local artwork, old style furniture. The grounds are gorgeous. However if you stop by other hotels in Antigua, you'll realize it is not unique or even the best by far.
Now the negatives. Hotel has internet only in the lobby, computer room and restaurant. Why is it difficult to...

Quinta de las Flores is the epitome of Antiguan charm. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are picture-perfect, and the rooms are immaculate. With amazing views of the volcanoes, the ancient baths/ruins dotting the grounds, a beautiful pool, and quaint outdoor rooms and restaurant, this resort has something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

A very relaxing, refreshing stay after 10 days hiking around all the ruins in Guatemala and Honduras. The grounds and gardens are beautiful, very good breakfasts, even had nice dinner. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into town depending on where your going, but it's a nice walk. Took a taxi back after dark. Stayed 5 days...

Antigua was our first stop on our trip to the region, and this hotel was a wonderful place to begin. The setting is lovely - behind the typical Antiguan high walls is a delightful garden where the outside world can be left behind. The surrounding hills and volcanoes provide a lovely backdrop as you relax in the grounds. The service...

I can confirm all the previous glowing reports. I wanted to add that they have a slightly hidden room across the parking courtyard that has a ping pong table, weight and climbing machines, and a huge and wonderful dolls' house. The playground is good for younger kids. The hammocks and pool are fun for all ages but the pool is...

I lead artists and nature lovers across Antigua...sketchbooks in hand. Year after year, at end- of- workshop- review, Quinta de las Flores, is named by workshop participants as a perfect spot! Splashing fountains, sprawling vistas, inviting tropical plant- filled nooks, quirky outsider-art/folk art, and immaculately tended grounds and gardens. Even if you dont get to stay here, duck in and...

On my first trip to Guatemala, I stayed in Antigua at Quinta de las Flores. This is a beautiful hotel in fabulous scenic grounds in true colonial style. Each room has a log fire which is so cosy at night and wonderful to come back to after a day out sight seeing. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean...

Normally I start reviews, deciding whether to put the good first or the bad first. At this place, there is almost only good.
Grounds are wonderful, with wonderful gardens full of flowers - as well as a pool tucked away. Staff are very helpful, speak fluent English and will do whatever they can to help.
Rooms though are the best...

Quinta is a wonderful, tranquil haven about a 10 min walk from the main square in antigua. The beds are heavenly, the staff friendly and helpful and if you're lucky you'll see a humming bird in the luscious garden. We're very sad to leave this place and will definitely try and visit again.
