OK, you won't find much about this hotel on the Web in English.
But if you are going to Odessa you should consider it.
It's in the center, about 10-15 minute walk from most tourist
attractions (albeit a bit hard to find). The staff speaks English
well, and they were very helpful to us. The interiors of the hotel
are on an oddly large scale -- grand staircases, huge hallways,
and big rooms. The rooms have decent amenities; by western
standards they are a bit bare-bones, but they were very clean
and the beds were comfortable. Compared to others I've encountered in this part of the world, it was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast (optional) isn't bad, but you could probably do a lot
better in town. more
