I have stayed at 2 hotels in Kharkiv. This one and the ChiChiKov. Comparing between each hotel, I would recommend the ChiChiKov. Not that the Kharkiv is bad. There are several major problems with this hotel. First, as per previous comments, they insist on cash - despite telling you when booking that a credit card is OK. This hotel is alright, if and ONLY IF you get the right rooms. There are not many hotel options in Kharkov to begin with, so you will most likely end up staying here if you're in town.
