We arrived into Split by airport bus from the airport and it took us only about a 5minute walk along the lovely promenade to Zara Guesthouse. Once there at their 'office' we were then were led about 5 mins walk to our accommodation. When the lady opened the door we were very pleasantly surprised. We had booked an Apartment for 2 people and it was everything you could need. It was a studio style with a kitchen, small bathroom and lounge/bedroom. It was impeccably clean, well furnished and modern but with character. The bathroom was small but no complaints here. We were very pleased with it and thought it was great value for the price we paid. The view from the window was of the harbour, we were a stone's throw from the water and out the door it was only a couple of minutes walk right into the heart of the old town and promenade. Location wise it was perfect for our stay. We'd definitely stay again and recommend to anyone we know going to Split. more
