My room was excellent, a medium size room, queen bed, and a usable balcony and chairs overlooking the Adriatic, though looking over a yard and some wires also. It's about a 45 minute walk to the Old Town, though it's mostly a nice seaside paved path (10 min by taxi), and there's nothing near the hotel except their stores/facilities. More
