This hotel is about a 25 min walk out of the old town in Split and is in a very random industrial area. The walk wasn't too bad - you can get a bus instead too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful at the hotel, and the interior (the reception and the bar/dining room) looked an awful lot better than... more

Few days ago I went to Split to visit my boyfriend and we spend few nights at Hotel As. It is far away from centre, it is hard to find but staff, food, rooms and overall it is an excelent hotel to spend some time. This recently renovated hotel was delightful. It's not a large place, but it's well decorated and the service was great. The lobby floor has a cozy, attractive bar and a small restaurant. Breakfast was quite good. The rooms, which all have just one double bed, were very attractive and the bathrooms were great. The location is not in the center... more
