Great location: 10 min walking from bus station, 20 min to old city. Easy to find. Very affable owners. Nice atmosphere, window overlooks the garden. Possibility to leave luggage after checking out. Next time would stay here.

Nice location just outside the Old Town and near the main bus station plus Tony the host is really friendly and helpful. He had his dad's 70th, a bad back and some awkward customers to deal with and still took the time to make us feel at home and tell us where to go in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend it.

Prime location, 5 minutes bus to the old town, 30 seconds to the port were all the excursions run from, surrounded by good restaurants with lovely owners were nothing was to much trouble.
