We have just had a lovely week away in the clean, friendly and relaxing location of the Vilas plat/ hotel Orphee accommodation. The staff were friendly and very helpful the accommodation appeared to be newly refurbished and was cleaned daily. This hotel is absolutely not customer oriented. The rooms are nice but, the hotel personnel are not friendly, indeed they can be very hostile. They are just like SS soldiers. I filed my complaints several times; during my visit and after my visit. However the hotel management did not reply my complaints, they just ignored it. I won't visit hotel... more
