We stayed at Hostel and Rooms Ana in September 2009. Our booking was made over the internet by a friend who had organised the trip for a group of 10 of us. Upon arrival we were informed by the manager that only six people would be able to stay at the location we had booked, Four of us were to stay at another apartment about a block away and the other single was to stay at yet another location. While this was not too much of an inconvenience, this was certainly not advised when our friend made the booking or in the subsequent direct emails she received from the management to confirm the booking.

The first apartment (where the original booking was made) was fine. It was clean, bright, cool and quiet despite the noisy street outside. The single apartment was also quite nice (although the owners would not allow anyone other than our single friend to enter the apartment and were quite rude about it).
