We original chose this apartment because of the parking aspect and the fact that it was close to the old town. Actually we took a bus to the old town and walked back. Not that far to walk.

The apartment was joined to the owner's house. It was quiet and very nice. The owner went out of her way to help us. Everything was provided including a microwave. The only problem (if it is of concern) was that the television was only in the Croatian language.

The accommodation was a short walk to the supermarket. and a short walk to buses.

Our only problem was the GPS and our lack understanding of the streets in Dubrovnik. Part of Dubrovnik is built up on the side of a mountain and here the 'streets' are a type of avenue of stairs. Hence we found it difficult to find the 'street'. Our GPS was correct in saying there was no car access. The street was a wide row of stairs ascending the mountain.
