I went for a weekend with 'er indoors to get away from the kids and accidentally stumbled on this amazing place while looking for a reasonable hotel. If you like something different, cheap, fantastic balcony views, included local style breakfast (bread, cheese, boiled egg, complete with odd local tomato jam and strange apple tea), Ivan is truly the nicest place to stay, not to say of Ivan himself who is the nicest host I have ever met. We paid a few extra quid for him to pick up and drop us off at the airport which made life easy. This is officially listed as a hostel on hostelworld but there are no smelly backpackers with person hygiene issues here! Its basically a very quiet 3 room extension to Ivans family home set in packed residential area with med style architecture, lots of flowers growing, high up with stunning views across the sea, port and mountains but you cannot see over the city walls but there is plenty else to look at.
