This is a very decent hotel in a good location. We had a nice view of Lapad Bay. The food was good. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, which made it very convenient to get to Old Town. I stayed here with a friend for 5 nights and the hotel room was pretty standard and in a good location. However the quality of service provided by the staff (apart from House-Keeping) was very bad.
