After having read a great review of the appartment, we were greatly disappointed by what we experienced. It was very different from the review. We spent a week in the Silva appartment. We booked an airport transfer with Silva. Her husband met us at the airport. We were quite astonished to be taken in a car that was really filthy and, as it turned out, only marginally cheaper than a regular taxi. At the flat we were immediately asked to pay the balance of the weekly rent and given no receipt (we had to separately request this). There was no interest whatsoever in making us feel welcome, explaining things without us asking first or to be of any further assistance. After that Silva's husband left and that was that. Silva who had rented the flat never turned up when we were there. Somewhat disconcertingly, someone did turn up while we were not there to change the towels.
