Please be warned about booking with this hotel group. I booked and recieved a confirmatory email with the hotel on Ivan Franco Street. We let them know that we would be late as we were coming on the express train from Kyiv. The price quoted in the email by the hotel was 375 UAH per night.

We arrived and the woman on the reception denied any knowledge of any reservation. I offered to show her the copy of the email that she had sent me but she refused to see it. Stating
" I dont see it"
She told me that she did have a room but at new price of 1200 UAH per night. She went on to suggest that I would have to pay it as I would not find a room at that time of night.
It was a completely disgusting attempt to overcharge. They watched us as we left and were waiting for us to come back. We did not we found somewhere at 508 UAH. You have be warned. more
