Excellent customer service. Several languages spoken. Rooms are really nice as well. Right in the city centre, walking distance to all city attractions. There are two hotels in Lviv by the same chain so if catching a taxi mention the exact address.

Excellently located and well presented small hotel in the centre of Lviv. Great service. Go for a superior room for lots of room. Good free wifi. Little public space at ground level; breakfasts soewhat basic but not untypical for the area. So many good bars & restaurants nearby.
