Excellent location and the desk staff spoke Engligh and were friendly! Both these two last points are rare on their own among Ukraine Hotel staff, but in combination its a small miracle. This is a hidden gem. Great service, in English, with modern facilities in a traditional setting. Clean spacious rooms, respectable breakfast and a nice little bar too. Staff helped sort out onward transport after Europcar messed up. more
