I echo the previous reviewer's thoughts that the Hotel Opera is not the best place to stay for English speaking tourists, even experienced travelers. Hotel "Opera" in Lviv is located right next to the Opera theatre. Lviv is a small enough city that it doesn't really matter too much, but this means that it's centrally located. The Hotel Opera is a very nice small hotel directly across the street from the Opera in downtown Lviv.
