We had spent three nights at the Yalta Hotel, but then changed for three nights more at the Seasons. The Vremena Goda Hotel (translates loosely as "all seasons" and is generally referred to as the Seasons Hotel) is a recently renovated hotel fairly close to the Yalta promenade area alongside the Black Sea (about a 5 minute walk downhill to the McDonald's/Lenin statue side of the seawalk, but walking back uphill is little more exercising). The rooms on one side of the building have a nice view of Yalta and the city landscape, whereas rooms on the other side look into the yards of a couple houses next door.

The hotel has a complimentary swimming pool that helps you to stay cool and work-off a hot tiring day of touristing, and also a gym (as if you need it). The Seasons also has a complimentary medical facility should you need some emergency treatment, that goes along with its spa facilities where scheduled health treatments are available for an extra charge... more
