One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, intimate with friendly and helpful staff. Fab restaurant. Great location for exploring the old town which is lovely. The Hebros is a special hotel that is part of what may be the best restaurant in Bulgaria. The rooms are all furnished with antiques and ours had a high painted ceiling and windows looking over the street. We stayed here earlier this week, as a break from skiing. The hotel is superb, has 10 rooms and we paid 95 euro for a suite that had 2 bedrooms and a jacuzzi bathroom. We agree with all the previous reviewers: The Hebros Hotel is absolutely charming, full of character and antiques. Our room was very spacious and quiet, the breakfasts were fine, and the staff was extraordinarily helpful in arranging long-distance taxi service for us.
