first of all the place is ridiculously overpriced and not only for bulgarian standards. the staff is rude and only bulgarian speaking. when i arrived the hotel (it would be more appropriate to call it a b&b or a guest house) was closed and i had to call the number of the manager (only bulgarian speaking) and wait an half of hour for her. the room is poor, the brakfast is poor, the common areas are poor and they don't have daily house keeping. the atmosphere is totally different from what you can expect by visiting their site. there are many better and cheaper opportunities to stay in plovdiv. choose one of them. more
