“So rude attitude from the manager”

Never in my life i had a manager of a hotel ( female , i don't know her name) talk like this to a customer. The rooms are very good and the breakfast too. But the whole staff... There are great other hotels nearby. I often travel to this destination, but i will never do this mistake again.

“Absolutely Incredible”

Everything is on 5 stars level, service, furniture, room sizes. I am really happy that we have such of great hotel in Varna. The breakfast probably is not so 5 stars, they need much more items, but everything else is perfect

This hotel has a perfect location close to the city centre in Varna. Rooms are spacy, neat, very clean with a perfect sea view.
