“Hospitality zero”

The address is not correct on booking, they have no site where you can find the correct one, we called aproximately 30 times to the reception, no one answered, after 2 hours we found the hotel which had a different name than on booking and the lady there was staying outside smoking, she did not even apologize that she did... More
