We loved the chalet style Hotel Silva. It is a short walk through the tranquil Sub Arini park to Bulevardul Victoriei which becomes the cafe lined Strada Nicolae Balcescu which leads to Piata Mere. This is, to Romanian standards, a very good hotel. A professional, friendly reception desk. Nice surroundings (a park). Excellent kitchen. Decent but small rooms. I've been here in the third of my four-week journey in Transylvania, and this was the best hotel I have been in. more
