We loved the chalet style Hotel Silva. It is a short walk through the tranquil Sub Arini park to Bulevardul Victoriei which becomes the cafe lined Strada Nicolae Balcescu which leads to Piata Mere. The rooms were clean, the English speaking staff was helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food. more

This is, to Romanian standards, a very good hotel. A professional, friendly reception desk. Nice surroundings (a park). Excellent kitchen. Decent but small rooms. I've been here in the third of my four-week journey in Transylvania, and this was the best hotel I have been in. more
