I stayed here for a couple of nights in June before heading to the southeast. I found this hotel to be in a beautiful location, great views of the mountains, the facilities were excellent the bedroom was very spacious with a very cute balcony, the breakfast was buffet & had a huge selection to choose from. The first hotel in Romania that really impressed me. With modern rooms, well equipped, clean, comfortable and free internet access. Big swimming pool, sauna and good food. This happened in October 2006. I recommend this hotel to those who can afford it because I think it is expensive for the poor winter sports opportunities that Poiana Brasov offers. more

Hotel Alpin, set up on a hill which was hard on the legs after a days skiing! Otherwise very comfortable had everything you require. Swimming pool big but had a strange smell about it. Restaurant had good quality food but most nights is was cold by the time it reached the table! We chose to eat out every other night. more
