We stayed at the Vila Zorile for 5 days at the very end of the ski season. I really liked the place, although the skiing was just ok. It is about 15 minutes walk to the lift that was working. They say they have a shuttle, but since we were at the very tail end of the season, it was not running.
The rooms are very cozy and warm. TV with HBO, soft beds, down comforters, and private bath. There was also a shared balcony off our room. (we had the double with matrimonial bed - ie queen). Breakfast every morning was an assortment of meats, cheeses, cereals, veggies, and a couple of breads. They will make eggs for you as well.
We had no problems with the staff at all. Granted they are not overly outgoing, but were never rude and always tried to answer our questions. I threw my back out skiing, and they called in a masseur who really helped. Oh, and they also have a sauna, but tell them 2 hours ahead of when you want to use it, so they can heat it up.
