Hotel Carol has been excellently renovated and styled into early 20th century, without any consession. The bellboy, the reception desk, the curvy stairs, they all bring you into the right mindset. This is an impressive hotel decorated in the style of the 1920s. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. We had room 3 which had three balconies. The bed was really comfortable and the furniture in the room was lovely. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It's an impressive hotel in a very old building decorated with very good taste. The location is quite central and is best for both beach and sightseeing.I've spent two wonderful nights at the matrimonial room.The staff is very helpful and kind.It was ,indeed, a big ,nice surprise to find out something like this.Congratulations !

Very nice hotel in a good location for both going to the beach and visiting the city. It is tastefully decorated and furnished in a classical style and everything is in a very good shape. It is a great choice for a stay in Constanta.

This is a smaller hotel (perhaps 25 rooms?) that has very recently been totally renovated and restored to a very high standard. The building is historic, and the result is a delightful and interesting place to stay.
