Ibis is a good place to stay in an overcrowded Constanta (at least in the summer). It has a nice sea view, the beach is accross the street (even though not exactly the beach of your dreams), and is clean. As a plus, you get a very good fitness center (expect to pay about 6 euros for a training session).... more

I stayed here on a business trip booked by someone else. However, I was very happy to call it home for the few days we spent there.
