We booked the junior suite a month in advance, calling and emailing on several occasions to confirm our room. Once we got there, our room was given away and we got a two bed room with an "extra bed" that was more like a beach bench than a bed. It took more than an hour for them to fix the situation - give us our original room, and move the other family to another room... We never heard a single word of apology from the front desk girl or from the actual owner.
Breakfast was terrible for the price - bagged croissants, and charges for each package of butter and jam.
The shower clogged pretty badly.
They claim to have free Wifi which was "broken" throughout our entire stay.
