Hotel Voila is HIGHLY recommended for Business trips in Constanta. I have had the pleasure to stay at the hotel several times, and the hosts Halil and Antionette is THE BEST hosts ever. The Hotel also have remarkable art collections and also sell very nice art made of glass. The KITCHEN IS ALSO VERY NICE... IF YOU ARE IN CONSTANTA... more
