I have stayed at the plaza over the years. I see they now have a guest re;ation team and reception staff are more understanding. It has made the stay much nicer! My French friend however would like better breakfast coffe! more

There was nothing appealing about this hotel- the rooms were dated and filthy, the staff were surly and there was mouldy bread at the breakfast buffet! I could go on and on about the Plaza Hotel- all I can say is that the sooner these people get out of the hospitality industry the better! more
