I stayed in the rooms that are done in a traditional lao style. Found they were quite dark with all the wood but that also made them quite cozy. Ok breakfast available on the balcony over looking the river but there were so many other places serving breakfast in Luang Prabang that only ate here once. The breakfast is ok but not brilliant and there are some good breakfasts in walking distance.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to the main street - can walk to everything. Also had computers in the lobby with free internet.

There are two things though that would stop me staying here again. The worst thing was the rooster that seemed to be living either at the back of the hotel or at the place next door. Woke me every morning at 4am and kept going until about 6am. So if you are light sleeper definitely not the best place.

Also the shower went cold very quickly, good for conserving water but not so nice for a relaxing shower! more
