I second all the previous reviews: quiet yet relatively central location, cozy rooms, very clean. Symoungkoun lost points, though, due to the sporadic availability of running water. Overall, this hotel is clean, cheap, and nice as all the other reviews have said. My 3-day stay in Symoungkoun guest house has been very refreshing.
