The Hotel in the heart of city is an absolute delight. Though old , it has been immaculately kept and furnished. The Staff is warm and helpful. I was totally blown by the hospitality and the quality of room , its upkeep and layout. Quality of food is reasonably priced and worth trying. Defenitly a must for travellers to Jeddah. more

The rooms have been recently renovated, and they are very modern and business luxurious. They are very comfortable and the hotel provides free high speed broadband connection. The Health Club is the worst part of the hotel with no jaquzzi and no swimming pool. The health club is more like death club with dim lights and hardly anyone there. But... more

As with most of Saudi Arabia in my experience, this hotel was pretty bland, trying not to arouse any senses (be it pleasure or otherwise) and there is little else to do but use the gym facilities, which are standard. The room was cleanif not uneventful and windows were tiny, "inkeeping with local style". Cant particularly recommend this one but... more
