My work takes me to Jeddah often and I have travelled to the city well over 10 times over the last 3 odd years. Every time the place of stay is Jeddah Trident, primary reason being that this is the only place in Jeddah where you get authentic Indian food (thats the 'only' reason I stay there. i book this hotel on line i came with the reservation and i paid for it with my visa through one of the big on line travel agency ,,,,,they tod me they not offer that price and there is no reservation it cost two time more and all they assel i went through more

I booked a room for two for my son on line for 16 th Nov one night.I was given confirmation number as 42523167.But when my son reached Jeddah Trident Hotel in the evening, he was told that there is NO booking done in his name. He rebooked and stayed in the same hotel.He had his horrible experience. Sounds nice !!!! more

Stayed at this property for 4 nights during my visit to Jeddah recently. The hotel is managed by Oberoi group from India. The location of the hotel is close to the Old Jeddah. This hotel is not located by the Red Sea like Marriott, Hyatt, Intercontinental. The room is very basic. Service is ok, not great. Breakfast is not so... more
