We stayed at this hotel in August 2009 and found it at accors web site. The location is OK and close to the old town "Balad" with approx. 10 mins by taxi and cost around SAR 10. When I saw this hotel on Expedia I was attracted to the description of a modern hotel with sauna, fitness suite and a great location. I have to say the 36 pounds per night was also attractive.
