The airport pick up left me waiting 30 mins as they went to the wrong terminal. No apology. I would suggest taking a cab much cheaper and quicker in this scenario. The wow factor for us was the room. Whilst maintaining an Arabic feel, it was modern, airy and homely. It is superb in every way, great service great food, first class rooms. Only 90 rooms, exceptional size rooms, the grounds are beautiful, the swimming pool as good as it gets. The only problem as i was on my own ordered wine by the glass, very poor selection, otherwise almost perfect.

Great service. spacious rooms. Top class beach amenities and pool. But most of everything... you definitely have to try Tangine Restaurant. Lamb at its best. A definite must-do in Dubai. Personnel very kind, some of them do not command a perfect English, but they definitely try their best.

we were there for one week off-season. nice rooms, beach-beds, nice service, good food. if you want to have fun at night, its the wrong place to go. ideal for hard working people who need a good rest. the beach is nice, the water solala. the pool is the nicest i have ever seen.
