All the staff were great but the guys at the pool warrant special mention; cold towels three times a day, nothing too much trouble and even fresh fruit kebabs before Ramadan started. Don't be put off be the residential houses opposite! This is a fantastic, friendly and welcoming hotel, the staff are what made the holiday for us.
