Almost like our home away from home, another wonderful stay at Golden Sands 3 completed successfully. We would generally like to thank all the employees who once again did their part to make our 3 weeks pleasant. Someone always excels a little more than expected, and that was also the case this time, Thea (Sr. Privilege Members Associate), thank you, a lot, for all the help with booking and follow-up during the hole stay - always with a smile, a good mood, and a very good service attitude. New friendly face is Sapana, who greets us with a huge smile every day and wonders if we're missing anything, and of course the day will be nice with such a start. Omar (Duty Manager), thank you for the very good service and quick response if we wondered about anything. Merceline, Evan, Gulab, Raj - you all helped to make the days better by showing that you care about the guests, fetching the lift, helping with goods and showing empathy - thank you so much. Binita has been wonderful for many years, and continues to be so - when she fell ill, Umananda did a good job of satisfying us as best he could with cleaning and whatever else was needed in the apartment. Just like with Binita, we have had the pleasure of having wonderful help and support in Abdullah (Guest Service Agent), there is no doubt that for several years he has contributed to our repeated choice of Golden Sands 3 - outstanding service, knowledge which far exceeds what can be expected, as we see it - Thank you very much Abdullah, although we have gone home, we know that others are benefiting from your help and service attitude. To everyone else, thank you very much - not being mentioned by name does not mean you are doing a bad job - keep looking after the guests, keep up the nice trend of refurbishment/renovation that improves the look and the overall experience, a lot has happened positively on the years we have lived there. The reception (lobby) has received a lovely facelift, some positive changes to the outdoor areas as well. We believe and hope we will see most of you again next time. We can confidently recommend Golden Sands 3 to anyone who wants a cozy down-to-earth experience with employees who act as if they work at a 5-star Resort/Spa hotel. The apartments are well equipped, but remember this is not a 5 star luxury hotel even if the staff are of that standard, so have normal expectations - and you will be pleasantly surprised, if something breaks or is missing, they are quick to fix it the problem. However, they can improve on something, we have never ever had any problem with this when Binita has cleaned our apartment - but with almost everyone else - When towels are removed from the room, it is not certain that you will get new ones without having to ask (Happened often and is very annoying). There is a possibility that you will get hygiene items that run out, if you ask... but as I said, we only notice this when Binita is not at work. The location is great in relation to the Shopping Centre, Metro and various other shops, and a relatively short distance to e.g. Dubai Frame.…
