I used to agree with all the positive reviews here, Al Qasr was one of best choices in Dubai if I'm travelling for leisure. It was a very disappointing visit. It doesn't reflect anymore the 5 stars standards of Jumeirah. Some of staff needs more training in Customer Care, some will not even smile at you if you asked them... more
