We booked in 2 months in advance for room containing a double bed and a single. Upon arrival we got a twin share room with an extra single bed squashed in. This has to be one of the worst hotels in Dubai. Apart from a few friendly (but ineffective) staff, just about everything was wrong. No hot water at all in the hotel during the whole 3 days I stayed there, and no explanation or apology from the staff.
