If you want to sleep at night, avoid this hotel! There is a dance club located on the ground floor of this hotel, and you can literally "feel" the rhythm of techno music on your bed until dusk. There are two hotels owned by this group, the Ascot and the Royal Ascot. I stayed at the Royal, the Ascot is supposed to be dire. Pretty average, attention to detail is lacking. This Hotel was brilliant, good location, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, friendly staff, very clean, nice rooftop pool and chill-out bar. the only down side was that the meals and drinks were expensive. Having said that, we would certainly stay there again as it was a very enjoyable experience more

Damn good hotel, right in the heart of Dubai. Situated in Bur Dubai, the hotel is just about 15 mins drive from the airport. Being very close to the old commercial hub in the city, the night comes alive. what best most gazetic shops are just around the corner. Highly recommended. more

We went there to celebrate a friend's birthday . The music is good and the show is ok, but whatever good thing could have the place is tarnished by the "security staff" attitude. We were 30 people and the bill was way too big for what we consumed. It was a very bad experience. more
