We were 4 days in this hotel exactly before christmas 2009 . The receptions had a really friendly behaviour. They were very nice. The room was very clean and i really surprised. Mini bar in the room was wery complete. The crew were very polite. However i think the resturant cleaness must be revised by hotel manager I really recommend... more

Nightclub music kept me awake until 3am each day: the base is so loud some parts of the room (ceiling or maybe an aircon duct) were shaking with the vibrations. Other problems: 1) I had arranged airport pickup, but it was a no-show. When I phoned the hotel they said "sorry, they don't have any cars available". (2) room was... more

I have travelled to many countries around the world and have never stayed in a hotel that was so noisy or dirty. The nightclub and Sports Bar on the 1st floor were open until the early hours of the morning (after 3.00am) and the noise could be heard throughout the hotel. It didn't matter which room or floor you were... more

The absolute hotel from hell!! I was on a tour with 33 others and after reading reviews prior to going on holiday, I was very skeptical about this hotel. All negative reviews proved to be correct. We had been guaranteed top floor rooms but my sister-in-law and I were on the first floor directly above the disco. The wardrobes and... more

I am a tour leader and i was staying in this hotel for over a month, while i was receiving groups. Maybe its one of cheapest 4 star hotels in Dubai, and the fact that its a new one, makes it seem clean. But first of all not all the standard rooms are the same in size. That was one... more

These structure in reality is a music club with rooms just above it. They play loudly 7 days a week! The wardrobe in my room was literally shaking! Its position has not got anything particularly convenient too. I would never return there. more

We stayed or i should say rather booked in for 6 nights, we moved rooms every night for the first 3 nights and then decided to cut our losses and just leave, No matter what floor or room you stay in, in this hotel the noise is TERRIBLE, televisions falling off walls due to the vibrations from the discoand piano... more

This hotel is truly terrible in every way. I have had a nightmare. I booked a business trip of three nights with discount.hotels.com, who confirmed my booking. However, after an all night flight and straight to a meeting, I tried to book in at 4.00pm. The process took 1 hour 45 minutes, during which time they kept insisting that they... more

We have just stayed at the Ramee Royal for 6 days and had several problems. The hotel in itself is nice, however you can not get a taxi outside as it states, we were told that you can wait up to 2 hours for a taxi to arrive outside the hotel (and this is when you have called one). When... more

If you're unlucky enough be to booked into this hotel, get a room above the 2nd floor. The whole hotel reverberated from the disco until late into the night. more
