We stayed in a linked room on the 26th floor. Unfortunately the guests in the room next door decided to party very loudly from 3am until 5am! No member of staff was available to handle this ridiculous situation :-((

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Service was excellent, rooms very comfortable, buffet every morning was a treat. We hosted a party for our son and his wife to be, and were very happy with the food and service provided.

Stayed here on business, from the greeting at the door by name on arrival to checkout this place makes the stay incredibly personal, location isn't great but nothing is more than a AED50 can ride away and for a 5* hotel at the rates they charge you really can't go wrong!
