We had a very comfortable stay in our Preferred rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean. The beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very busy, so breakfast was a bit chaotic but my room was very large and comfortable. One word of note is that there are 3 maybe 4 four points by sheraton hotels in Dubai, make sure you are reviewing the correct one and be careful when ordering taxis to the hotel... More
