I stayed at this hotel for three nights. From the moment I arrived the staff were extremely helpful and very eager to please. Both concierge and reception staff were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Hotel charged me AED 170 for airport pickup without prior telling that there would be additional charge for the so-called limousine personalised pickup.
